3. Facebook and Meta Platform Integration

3.1 Data We Access via Facebook

When you connect your Facebook (Meta) account to Adquisition, we access the following data through Meta's APIs:

• Ad Account Information: Ad account ID, name, currency, timezone, and spending limits
• Page Information: Connected Facebook Page names and IDs required for ad publishing
• Campaign Data: Existing campaign structures, ad sets, and ad creative metadata
• Access Tokens: OAuth tokens that authorize Adquisition to manage ads on your behalf

3.2 How We Use Facebook Data

We use the data obtained from your Facebook account solely to:

• Create, publish, and manage ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram on your behalf
• Display your ad account and page information within the Adquisition dashboard
• Configure targeting, budgets, and scheduling for ads you choose to launch

We do not use your Facebook data for any purpose other than providing the Ad Launcher feature. We do not sell, rent, or share your Facebook data with third parties.

3.3 Token Storage and Security

Facebook OAuth access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers. Tokens are used only to perform actions you explicitly initiate (e.g., publishing an ad). You can revoke Adquisition's access at any time by disconnecting your Facebook account from your Adquisition dashboard or by removing Adquisition from your Facebook Business Settings.

3.4 Facebook Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Facebook-related data (ad account IDs, page IDs, access tokens) only for as long as your Facebook account remains connected to Adquisition. When you:

• Disconnect your Facebook account: All stored Facebook tokens and associated account data are deleted within 24 hours
• Delete your Adquisition account: All Facebook data, including tokens, ad account references, and campaign data, is permanently deleted
• Submit a data deletion request via Facebook: We process deletion requests in accordance with Meta's platform requirements and delete all data associated with your Facebook user ID within 30 days

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for:

• Providing, maintaining, and improving our Service
• Processing payments and managing subscriptions
• Generating AI-powered ad creatives based on your brand assets

• Analyzing usage patterns to enhance user experience
• Detecting and preventing fraud or abuse
• Complying with legal obligations
